Estate Cabernet, Merlot, Shiraz, Grenache and Rose. Reserve and the single vineyards, Meron and Zivon. Alma Crimson and Scarlet as the blends, Matatia at the top, Canaan Red and White for the table, and the Pet Nat in both white and rose.
