Shiraz

Kosher Shiraz. Dark fruit and black pepper, fuller than Merlot and less austere than Cabernet. It does unusually well in Israel’s warmer sites, which is why so much of this shelf is Israeli.

Dalton, Barkan, Carmel, Tabor and Teperberg, with Teal Lake from Australia. Sold as Syrah on some labels and Shiraz on others - same grape.
