Buying Wine By The Case

A case is twelve bottles. Any twelve wines you like, all red, all white, six of each, a sweet moscato sitting next to a dry Israeli cabernet. There is no fixed box you have to buy and nothing has to match. Put twelve wines in the cart and ten percent comes off automatically at checkout. There is no code to type in.

Can I mix a case?

Yes, and most people do. Pick from anywhere on the wine side of the shop: red wine, white wine, rosé, sparkling, moscato, Israeli wine. Twelve is twelve however you get there, and the cart keeps a running count so you can see how close you are.

Whiskey, vodka, tequila and the rest of the spirits shelf go in the same order and arrive in the same delivery. They are not counted in the twelve and the ten percent does not come off them. Twelve wines and a bottle of scotch gets you the case price on the wine.

If you would rather not build it yourself, we keep ready-made mixed cases already put together: a dry case, a sweet case, a rosé case and a value case. Those are priced as a case on their own.

How many bottles are in a case of wine?

Twelve standard 750ml bottles. A half case is six. Magnums are twice the size, so a physical case of magnums is six rather than twelve, but the ten percent counts bottles and not volume, so it takes twelve of them the same as anything else.

Do I have to buy a whole case?

No. Buy one bottle if that is what you want. The ten percent is there the moment you reach twelve wines, and the shop is a normal shop the rest of the time.

Cases for a simcha or an office

Bar mitzvahs, weddings, sheva brachos, a kiddush, a company holiday order. Larger orders are the everyday business here and we will help you work out how much to get. If the wine has to be mevushal, say so and we will keep the whole case to it. Call the shop on (347) 533-8586 or come in.
