Kosher Wine by Country
Every bottle on this page is kosher. What changes from shelf to shelf is where it was grown and what that does to the glass. Six countries do most of the work in a kosher wine shop, and this is the fastest way into each of them.
Israel is the deepest shelf we keep — Galilee and Golan reds, Judean Hills blends, and the Israeli whites that have stopped being an afterthought. France is Bordeaux and Burgundy, the classic gift bottle and the one people bring to a Yom Tov table. Italy is where the Bartenura moscato lives, alongside Tuscan reds for the meat course. Spain means Rioja, which is the value red most people are looking for and do not know the name of. USA is California cabernet, the biggest, ripest style we sell. South Africa is chenin blanc and pinotage, and it is the shelf regulars raid when they want something nobody at the table has had before.
Mixing countries is fine: twelve or more 750ml bottles of wine in the cart take ten percent off the wine automatically, whatever shelf they came from. See how case pricing works, or browse by style instead — red, white, sparkling and mevushal. Delivery is five dollars flat in Crown Heights, ten anywhere else in Brooklyn and twenty to Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island — the delivery areas page has the postcodes. Pickup at 511 Empire Blvd is free.
