Dalton Pet Nat (750ml)

Dalton Pet Nat is an Upper Galilee ancestral-method sparkling wine bottled in mid-fermentation so the bubbles are born in the bottle. A Semillon base with a Muscat lift for a friendly, aromatic pour: one of the very few kosher pet-nats on the market.

Tasting notes

The nose lifts fresh peach, orange blossom, and a soft Muscat grape lift over a light mineral edge. The palate is off-dry and playful, with orchard fruit, floral perfume, and a whisper of yeast carried on fine, natural bubbles. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering fruit note and a subtle spritzy close.

Food pairing

Serve well-chilled at Shabbos brunch, kiddush, natural-wine dinners, and Yom Tov mornings. Beautiful with fruit platters, salads, mezze, and cheese boards. Great conversation-piece pour for the wine-curious guest.
