Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (375ml)
- In stock
Dalton's Estate Cabernet is the winery's everyday dry red, oak-aged and grown in the Upper Galilee. This is the non-mevushal bottling in the half-bottle format — a full-flavored Israeli Cab, sized for one meal.
Mood: Ripe, oaked, generous.
"A dependable Israeli Cab from one of the Galilee's longest-running estates — soft tannin, ripe fruit, and enough backbone to hold a steak. The 375 is the size to open with dinner for two without opening a whole bottle."
Tasting notes
Blackberry, plum and a light note of oak. Medium to full across the palate with soft tannin and ripe fruit. A clean, fruity finish with a touch of spice.
Food pairing
Roast chicken, burgers, brisket and cholent.
