Tasting notes

Ripe blackcurrant, cassis, and cedar rise from the glass, with a dark note of dried herbs de Provence and a fine oak edge beneath. On the palate it is layered and full-bodied: black-fruit intensity, graphite, tobacco, and a savory herbal note, all held by firm, structured tannins. A long, complex finish brings cocoa and dried mint, and a lingering dark-berry note hints at real cellar potential.

Food pairing
