The Golan Heights Winery's flagship — 'Rom' means 'summit' in Hebrew, and this is exactly that. Cabernet, Syrah, and Merlot from the highest Golan vineyards, twenty-one months in French oak, unfiltered. Israel's answer to a Napa cult bottling.

Tasting notes

Blackberry, dark cherry, cedar, leather, espresso bean. Full-bodied and concentrated with firm tannins, layered dark fruit, and savory old-world structure. Very long with cedar, cocoa, and lingering dark fruit.

Standing rib roast, dry-aged steak, lamb shoulder, aged hard cheeses.
