Golan Heights Winery makes Yarden Katzrin as its flagship Bordeaux blend, and only releases it in vintages that meet the highest standard. The grapes grow at elevation in the Golan on volcanic soils, the wine ages in French oak, and it ranks among Israel's most collectible wines.

Tasting notes
