Tasting notes
The nose shows plum and ripe blackcurrant. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a hint of black pepper. The finish is clean and quick.
Food pairing
It goes naturally with brisket, burgers, grilled chicken, or a cholent at Shabbos lunch. For a weeknight steak it is not too heavy.
