Vizar Joven is the Vizar Castilla y Leon blend in its young, fresh, unoaked form. The backbone is the same 68% Tempranillo, supported by Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and early bottling keeps the fruit lifted and easy.

The weeknight Spanish red. Bright red fruit, no oak, no fuss. Pair with anything on the Shabbos table and the bottle empties itself.
Tasting Notes
The nose shows fresh red cherry, raspberry, and plum, along with a soft floral lift. It is bright and juicy on the palate, where supple tannins carry red-berry fruit and a whisper of white pepper. It finishes clean, with the fruit in the lead.
Food Pairing
It crosses over from weeknight to Shabbos alongside roast chicken, pizza, empanadas, meatball dishes, or a slow-cooked cholent. It is welcome at a Melava Malka too, with mezze and cured meats.
