Perlinetto Rose is Vallepicciola's traditional-method sparkling rose, an unexpected Pinot Noir bubble from Chianti Classico. Complex and elegant at once, with a soft pink tone and Tuscan-hills structure behind the mousse.

Tasting Notes
Pale rose with a fine, persistent bead. The nose lifts wild strawberry, red currant, and a whisper of brioche. The palate is dry and lively, red-berry fruit, gentle citrus zest, and a light autolytic warmth from the classic-method aging.
Food Pairing
A yom tov kiddush pour, an aperitif with fresh fruit and cheese, or a Shabbos lunch companion for salmon en croute, fresh salads, and lightly dressed fish. Also a beautiful bottle at engagements and sheva brachos.
