Tasting Notes
Aromas of melon and white peach lift out of the glass with a lifted vanilla oak note underneath. The palate is creamy, soft, and round with a rich mid-palate texture. The finish is lingering and unmistakably buttery.
Food Pairing
A natural for roast chicken with cream sauce, buttered salmon, herbed potatoes, or a creamy mushroom risotto. Also fine as a kiddush white or as a rich Shabbos-lunch pour.
