From Tura's Rehelim vineyards in Samaria comes Tura Mountain Vista Rosé, a softly sweet, floral pink. The nose shows jasmine, the palate red grapefruit, and it is mevushal for the Shabbos table.

Serve it well chilled at a summer Shabbos lunch. Because it is mevushal, the caterer can pour it without worry.
Tasting notes
The nose gives red-grapefruit peel and jasmine, plus a hint of strawberry. On the palate it is lightly sweet and soft, low in acidity, with a floral core. It finishes short and clean.
Food pairing
A lovely match for salmon, mezze platters, dairy Shabbos lunches, or salty cheese with a slice of ripe melon.
