Tulip Rose (750ml)

Tulip makes its rose as a Blanc de Noir blend of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is pressed off the skins, which gives a delicate bronze color that hides real depth. It is made at the Kfar Tikvah winery in the Galil, and every bottle supports adults with special needs.

Tasting notes

Strawberry, apple, and a delicate note of citrus blossom lift from the nose. On the palate it stays lively and semi-dry, and red berry, ripe stone fruit, and a hint of pink grapefruit carry weight across the mid-palate. The finish is refreshing and clean, and a soft mineral edge keeps the last sip inviting.

Food pairing

It is a perfect pour for Shabbos lunch, served with grilled salmon, herb chicken, Israeli salad, or a mezze spread. Cheeses, dairy meals, and a Yom Tov brunch are beautiful with it too.
