A rare dry red, Teperberg Inspire Devotage blends Malbec and Marselan from the Ayalon Valley Vineyard and matures for 8 months in French oak. Teperberg is Israel's oldest family-owned winery, and it has been building the Inspire line as its statement of intent. This is among the more unusual bottlings in that line.
Mood: Intense, warm, unusual.

Tasting Notes
Both color and aroma are intense, and the nose brings dark cherry, blackberry, and warm Mediterranean spice. Rich and layered on the palate, it has velvety tannins and a finish that is long and dominant. With age in the bottle, the wine will keep improving.
Food Pairing
Beef and venison are beautiful matches. It is also confident with Shabbos brisket, pepper-crusted lamb, and a slow-cooked cholent.
