Teperberg Inspire Devotage is a rare, dry red blend of Malbec and Marselan from the Ayalon Valley Vineyard, matured 8 months in French oak. Israel's oldest family-owned winery has been building the Inspire line as its statement of intent, and this is one of its more unusual bottlings.
Mood: Intense, warm, unusual.

Tasting Notes
Intense in color and aroma, with dark cherry, blackberry, and warm Mediterranean spice on the nose. The palate is rich and layered with velvety tannins and a long, dominant finish. The wine will continue to improve with age in the bottle.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with beef and venison. Also handles Shabbos brisket, pepper-crusted lamb, and a slow-cooked cholent with confidence.
