Tasting Notes

This is a classic Tuscan red for Shabbos. Pour it with pasta al ragu, brisket, veal Milanese, roast lamb, or a mushroom-forward risotto. Hard aged pecorino or grana-style cheeses (kosher versions) are an excellent match too.
