Tasting notes

Stewed dark fruit and toffee with leather and polished oak. Then plum, fig, dark chocolate and clove, with a deep sherry sweetness. The finish is warming and very long, with oak tannin and dried fruit.

Pour it neat after a long meal, with a fine cigar or dark chocolate.
