Tasting notes

Crushed white grape, pear skin, and faint herbal hay rise from the glass as lifted notes. On the palate it is silken and warming, showing orchard fruit, a whisper of vanilla, and clean grain. The finish is long, dry, and faintly floral, and it exits clean with no harshness.

Food pairing

Drink it neat after the cholent or with dark chocolate. It also works as a digestif at a Melaveh Malkah, beside Persian dates and salted nuts.
