Shiloh Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)

Shiloh is one of Israel's most decorated boutique wineries, rooted in the biblical city of Shiloh in the Shomron. Their Sauvignon Blanc is bright, mineral and aromatic — a crisp Israeli white that carries the high-altitude limestone character of the Judean Hills.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with green flashes. Nose of grapefruit peel, gooseberry, cut grass and a whisper of white flower. The palate is bright and taut with lemon-lime citrus, green apple, mineral edge and a subtle tropical hint. Finish is crisp, dry and long.

Food Pairing

The classic pour for Shabbos fish course — grilled branzino, cured salmon, ceviche, or tuna tartare. Also excellent alongside goat cheese salad, herbed schnitzel and a Chol HaMoed picnic spread.
