Tasting notes
The aromas are black currant, dark plum, tobacco, and oak spice. It is full-bodied on the palate, with dense black fruit, espresso, and refined tannin. The finish is long and structured, with undertones of cedar.

Serve it with prime rib, slow-braised short ribs, or aged hard cheeses.
