Segal's Special Reserve Cab is built from the premium Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley of the Upper Galilee, harvested at ultimate ripeness and aged fourteen months in a French and American oak mix. Bottled mevushal under OK supervision (Rabbi Berger).

Tasting notes
Deep ruby with ripe black plum, cherry, cassis, cinnamon, and vanilla bouquet. Full-bodied and rich with soft concentrated tannins, cassis, and oak spice. Long, smooth, and warming — built to improve five years or more with care.

Roast beef or lamb; also a serious foil for aged hard cheeses on a Shabbos cheese course.
