Tasting Notes

The nose is lifted and fresh, showing redcurrant, blackcurrant, and a whisper of Bordeaux herb. On the palate it is intensely fruity, with a subtle, pleasant spine and soft tannins. The finish is fresh and clean, and it is genuinely easy drinking.

Food Pairing

It is a natural with roast chicken, Shabbos brisket, or grilled steak. It handles kugel, a cassoulet-style stew, or a spread of cold cuts at kiddush too.
