Tasting notes
The aromas are cream, cocoa nibs, and milk chocolate. On the palate it is generously sweet and silky, showing caramel, a soft vanilla lift, and real Swiss chocolate depth. The finish is warm and smooth and lingers on cocoa.
Best served
Pour it into a cordial glass straight from the freezer, serve it over ice as a chocolate digestif, splash it into coffee, pour it over vanilla ice cream, or build a chocolate martini with it. It is a classic bottle for the dessert hour on yom tov.
