Yasmin is the everyday mevushal line from Recanati. This red is a 50/30/20 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz, grown in the winery's Mediterranean vineyards in the Galilee. It is OU certified and Kosher for Passover.

Tasting notes
Ripe ruby fruit sits under cranberry, tobacco leaf, and bittersweet chocolate. It is supple and medium-bodied, with pomegranate, raspberry, plush tannins, and dark chocolate. Notes of coffee, lavender, and fennel skate into a minty close.
Pairing
Pour it with Shabbos roast chicken, brisket sliders, or a weekday burger. Chilled-down, it also drinks well with summer kebabs.
