Tasting notes
Fresh cherries and sour-cherry on a fruity, lifted nose. Dry with good balance, fine tannin structure, gentle toasting, and many black fruits. Smooth and long with secondary fruits and integrated wood.
Pairing
Grilled meats and roast chicken; also a comfortable foil for a Shabbos lunch cholent.
