Tasting notes
The nose is fruity and lifted, showing fresh cherries and sour-cherry. It is dry and well balanced, with a fine tannin structure, gentle toasting, and many black fruits. The finish is smooth and long, with secondary fruits and integrated wood.
Pairing
Serve with grilled meats and roast chicken. It is also a comfortable foil for cholent at Shabbos lunch.
