From the slopes of the Judean Mountains, Puzzle Malbec is a boutique Malbec from Israel. It is made from pure Malbec grapes, grown in airy, rich soil under careful vineyard control, and it is aged in oak for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
On the nose it opens with dark cherry, ripe plum, and the violet lift that is a Malbec signature. On the palate it is intense and rich, with warm spice, soft tannins, and plush dark fruit. The finish is velvety and long.
Food Pairing
It is a natural with Shabbos brisket, grilled meats, and slow-braised short ribs. It handles a heavy pasta dish or a rich mushroom risotto too.
