Psagot's Prat is a port-styled sweet red aged 16 months in French oak in the ancient cave below the winery. Built for after the meal, beside something chocolate.

Tasting notes
Dark plum, blackberry, rose petal, chocolate, and vanilla oak. Lush and sweet but balanced, with coffee and cocoa depth. Long, warming, and gently spiced.
Pairing
Chocolate babka, pecan pie, hard cheeses, or simply on its own after Shabbos dinner.
