Odem Mountain Volcanic Chardonnay (750ml)

Odem Mountain is Israel's northernmost winery, and its Chardonnay comes from vineyards on volcanic soil on the Golan. A high-altitude site like this gives white wine a mineral spine. It is a lean Israeli Chardonnay, made seriously.

Tasting notes

Lemon pith, green apple, wet stone and white flower. The body is medium and the acidity bright, with a flinty mineral mid-palate and a citrus core. Dry and long, with citrus and stone that persist.
