This is a fruit-forward Australian Moscato infused with ripe peach, from the brand Nicki Minaj co-founded in 2013. It is low-alcohol and lightly fizzy, made for ice and a porch chair. It is mevushal.

Tasting Notes
It pours a pale peach-gold with a soft spritz. The nose shows ripe peach, apricot nectar, honeysuckle and a whisper of orange peel. Juicy and low-alcohol on the palate, it runs off-dry to sweet, with vibrant peach and citrus. The finish is light, sweet and cleanly refreshing.
Food Pairing
A summer sipper to serve iced. Pour it with fresh fruit salad, sponge cake, or an afternoon Kiddush spread. It is also lovely over ice as a spritz, with a slice of peach or lime.
