Tasting Notes
Pale peach-gold with a soft spritz. Nose of ripe peach, apricot nectar, honeysuckle and a whisper of orange peel. The palate is off-dry to sweet, juicy, low-alcohol, with vibrant peach and citrus. Finish is light, sweet and cleanly refreshing.
Food Pairing
Iced summer sipper. Pours with fresh fruit salad, sponge cake, or an afternoon Kiddush spread. Also lovely as a spritz over ice with a slice of peach or lime.
