The flagship of the winery, Mony Supreme Delilah is a Bordeaux-style blend of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The fruit is pulled from the Judean Foothills, and the wine is made for the serious Shabbos table.

Delilah is the top-shelf, dressed-up pour from Mony. Give it a full hour in the decanter, serve it with a rare ribeye, and take your time.
Tasting notes
The nose has cassis and black cherry with a whisper of cedar. On the full-bodied palate there is polished tannin, layered dark fruit and a lick of French oak. A long finish follows, with graphite and spice.
Food pairing
It is made for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, or aged hard cheeses. Even the heaviest Shabbos meat course is no problem for it.
