M&H Elements Single Malt Red Wine Cask Whisky (750ml)

Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask is a single malt from Israel, aged in kosher red wine casks that come from local wineries. Those casks give the whisky a distinctly Mediterranean, fruit-forward character. It comes from the country's largest single malt distillery and is certified by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.

Tasting notes

Red berry, dried fig, and a soft cocoa note rise on the nose over a lightly floral edge. The palate is layered and medium-bodied, with a soft rounded weight that carries red-fruit sweetness, warm baking spice, and a whisper of vanilla oak. It finishes warm and clean, with a fruit note that lingers and a subtle drying grip.

Food pairing

Pour it neat as a dram after dinner, or over one large ice cube. It is beautiful after Yom Tov meals alongside dark chocolate, plates of dried fruit and nuts, cheese boards, and honey cake.
