Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask is an Israeli single malt matured in kosher red wine casks from local wineries, giving the whisky a distinctly Mediterranean fruit-forward character. Certified by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate, from the country's largest single malt distillery.

Tasting notes

The nose lifts red berry, dried fig, and a soft cocoa note over a lightly floral edge. The palate is medium-bodied and layered, with red-fruit sweetness, warm baking spice, and a whisper of vanilla oak carried on a soft rounded weight. The finish is warm and clean, with a lingering fruit note and a subtle drying grip.

Food pairing

Serve neat as an after-dinner dram or over a large ice cube. Beautiful after Yom Tov meals with dark chocolate, dried fruit and nut plates, cheese boards, and honey cake.
