Milagro Añejo Tequila (750ml)

Milagro Añejo is made from 100% blue Weber agave and distilled in Jalisco. It then rests 14+ months in American and French oak, where the barrels give it slow-brown color and warm caramel depth.

Mood: Golden. Toasty. Layered.

Tasting notes

The nose gives butterscotch, roasted agave and dried orange peel. On the palate it is rich, with caramel, dark chocolate and cinnamon. A long, warming finish follows, and oak spice lingers.

Food pairing

Sip it neat once a steakhouse meal is done, or drop it into a Reposado Old-Fashioned. Chocolate desserts and mole-braised meats are no trouble for it at all.
