Matar Rosé is Pelter's boutique kosher Golan Heights rosé: 100% Chardonnay from hand-picked estate fruit, aged eight months in French oak, made in a serious rosé-tannat mold rare in the kosher category.

Tasting notes
Pale pink-copper with aromas of white peach, ripe strawberry, brioche, and a hint of citrus peel. The palate is medium-full and dry, with peach, red apple, a creamy oak mid-note, and lees-driven texture. The finish is long, elegant, and toasty.
