A rare kosher-for-Passover XO Cognac from the historic Louis Royer house (founded 1853) — eaux-de-vie from the four prime crus, aged decades in French oak.

Tasting notes
Dried apricot, candied orange peel, cocoa, walnut, soft leather. Lush and round — Grande Champagne floral lift meets Borderies pastry warmth; long oak rancio underneath. Very long, the dried fruit and oak fading slowly together.
Food pairing
Neat in a tulip after the seudah; dark chocolate, dried fruit, or a fine cigar.
