This is Lavie Koffe Espresso Liqueur in the mini 200ml format. It is crafted in Gush Etzion Israel, where roasted coffee beans are macerated in alcohol. It is parve and Passover-approved.

Tasting notes

Deep roasted coffee and cocoa rise from the glass with a soft caramel edge. On the palate it is lightly sweet and smooth, with rich espresso weight, cocoa, and a subtle note of vanilla. A long, warm finish leaves lingering coffee bitterness and closes soft and sweet.

Food pairing

Just right for one espresso martini after a Yom Tov meat meal, or for a splash in hot coffee. It is beautiful alongside honey cake and dark chocolate.
