Lautrec VSOP is a 1er Cru Cognac — 100% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, patiently aged in French oak barrels. Lighter than the XO but with the same 1er Cru pedigree, it's the everyday pour for a house that keeps proper cognac in the cabinet.

Tasting notes
Deep amber in the glass, with dried apricot, honey, and light floral notes lifting out. Round and warm — dried fig, honeyed vanilla, and gentle oak spice carry the mid-palate. Smooth, medium-long, with vanilla and a whisper of dark chocolate lingering.
Pairing
Neat in a snifter after the meal. Beautiful alongside dark chocolate, aged cheese, or as the base of a proper Sidecar.
