Tasting notes
Citrus zest, white flowers, fresh pear, and soft brioche. Dry and crisp, with green apple, lemon, and a fine mousse that persists. Mineral and clean, closing on gentle citrus.
Food pairing
Serve with oysters, smoked salmon, or soft cheeses, or pour it as the aperitif ahead of a Yom Tov seudah.
