Knob Creek is Jim Beam's small-batch flagship - aged a full nine years in deeply charred new oak and bottled at 100 proof. The Booker Noe-era recipe was designed as a return to pre-Prohibition style: heavier, oakier, bigger.

Tasting notes
Sweet corn and light vanilla. Rich and full, with caramel, rye spice, oak char and baking spice. Long and warming, with oak char, dryness and lingering spice.

Sip neat or with one large cube; carries a Manhattan, Boulevardier or barrel-proof Old Fashioned. Pair with ribeye, brisket and dark chocolate.
