Suntory's flagship blend is Hibiki Japanese Harmony. It brings together malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu and grain from Chita, aged in five different cask types, among them American white oak, Sherry, and the prized Japanese Mizunara oak.

Tasting notes
Rose, lychee and honey lead, with sandalwood and soft citrus. Then honey, white chocolate, candied orange peel and gentle malt. It ends long and silky, with subtle Mizunara incense.

Drink it neat from a Glencairn, over ice, or in a refined Highball.
