Tasting notes
Ripe Meyer lemon, pear, white peach, and honeydew lead the nose with a soft yeasty note underneath. The palate is off-dry with medium-plus acidity and a lightly creamy texture from the Charmat bubbles. The finish is clean and citrus-driven.
