Hajdu Rose (750ml)

This California rose comes from Jonathan Hajdu, made by saignee from his own red fermentations. It is pale, dry, and serious, a boutique rose for people who actually drink rose with dinner.

Mood: Pale, dry, intentional.

Tasting notes

Strawberry and white peach with citrus zest and garrigue. It is light-bodied and dry, with bright acid, red fruit, and a lift of saline mineral. The close is clean, dry, and lingering.

Food pairing
