Tasting Notes
The colour is bright amber. The nose shows vanilla, dried raisin, light oak and a whisper of orchard fruit. Soft and easy on the palate, it brings dried fruit, gentle oak spice and a hint of caramel. The finish is smooth and gently warming, and it resolves cleanly.
Food Pairing
Sip it neat after dinner with dark chocolate, coffee cake, or apple strudel. It also mixes cleanly into a Sidecar or a Brandy Old Fashioned at the Motzei Shabbos bar.
