The Glenrothes 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the village of Rothes, fully matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks and bottled at natural color. The style Speyside is known for — sweet fruit, dried spice, no rough edges.

Tasting notes
Nose of ripe pear and sweet vanilla pods, aromatic orange oil, invigorating almond and a hint of dried ginger spice. Palate of sweet ginger, pear and rose water; aromatic fruit and light oak, an undercurrent of creamy vanilla. Finish is divine sweetness balanced with spice and a gently peppery undertone.
Food pairing
After dinner, neat. Dark chocolate, dried fruit, aged sharp cheese, or on its own.
