Flam's Classico is the Judean Hills boutique's everyday-table flagship — a Bordeaux-style blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon, framed in ten months of oak. The family winery went kosher in 2010 and the Classico has set the bar ever since.

Tasting notes

Black cherry, blackcurrant, sweet cedar, and a hint of Mediterranean herb. Medium-bodied and silky with fine-grained tannin, ripe red and black fruit, and a savory thread. Long and elegant, with cedar and herb holding.

Food pairing

Standing roast, lamb tagine, Shabbos brisket, and Yom Tov tables that want a serious red without weight.
