Feudi di San Gregorio San Greg Rosato (750ml)

This is the Campania rosato from Feudi di San Gregorio, recently rebranded from Visione to San Greg. It is a dry Mediterranean rose made from Aglianico and Piedirosso in the most storied wine region of southern Italy.

Tasting notes

Wild strawberry and watermelon rise from the glass with a soft floral edge and a light mineral note beneath. On the palate it is lively and dry, with red-fruit lift, tart citrus, and a whisper of white pepper, all carried by refreshing acidity. A long, clean finish closes on a saline mineral note.

Food pairing

It pours naturally with grilled fish, herb salads, mezze, seafood pasta, and Mediterranean dairy Shabbos lunches. Soft cheeses suit it too.
