Tasting Notes
Green apple, pear and lemon zest meet white flowers, brioche and a hint of toasty yeast. Bone-dry with a fine, persistent mousse, crisp acidity and a mineral, chalky core. Clean, long and refreshing, with citrus and toast lingering.
