Dacci Prosecco DOC is the Veneto sparkler from 47AD Vineyards, sold under their D'Accordo di Dacci label. It is a fresh, clean Glera bubbling out of the Prosecco appellation. The faceted crystal-cut bottle gives it away, while the wine inside is straightforward and made for the kiddush table.

Tasting Notes
The nose brings green apple, white peach, and a whisper of honeydew. Off-dry and lively on the palate, it shows citrus zest, pear, and a fine, persistent bead. It finishes clean and refreshing, with a soft floral echo.
Food Pairing
This is a workhorse pour for Shabbos kiddush and yom tov bruch. It is excellent with smoked salmon on bagels, fresh fruit platters, or prosciutto-style beef fry, or as an aperitif with olives and dips before the meal.
