Tasting notes

Fine sparkling bubbles lift a nose of ripe pear, green apple and a whisper of white flowers. On the palate it is gently fizzy and semi-dry. Crisp orchard fruit leads, a touch of honeyed sweetness runs through the middle, and clean acidity holds it together. The finish is medium, with pear that lingers and a clean citrus lift.

Food pairing
