A semi-sweet Cava from the century-old Penedes cellars of Bodegas Pinord, and the gentle, off-dry counterpoint to their Brut Nature. It has a soft mousse and ripe orchard fruit, and it is mevushal and KFP. These are bubbles for a crowd that wants a touch of sweetness.

Tasting Notes
It is pale straw in color with a soft, fine bead. The nose brings white peach, ripe pear, orange blossom and a whisper of brioche. On the palate it runs from off-dry to lightly sweet, showing citrus, orchard fruit and a soft mineral edge. The finish is cleanly refreshing, gently sweet and pleasantly persistent.
Food Pairing
This is the bottle for soft, sweet bubbles. Pour it for engagement l'chaims and sheva brachos toasts, or with sponge cake, apple strudel, or a fruit dessert board. It is lovely too next to a Kiddush spread of light dairy and rugelach.
